2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect data that you voluntarily provide through our contact form: full name, email address and the content of your message. Additionally, we automatically collect browsing data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and duration of the visit, through the use of cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purpose of Processing
The personal data collected is used for the following purposes: responding to enquiries and information requests made through the contact form; improving the functionality and browsing experience on our website; complying with applicable legal obligations; and, where applicable, sending commercial communications related to our real estate crowdlending services, provided the user has given prior consent.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of your personal data is based on: the consent of the data subject, given by submitting the contact form or accepting cookies; the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, when information about our services is requested; compliance with legal obligations, particularly in tax, commercial and anti-money laundering matters; and the legitimate interest of ExclusiveUI S.L. in improving its services and user experience.
5. Data Retention
Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Contact data will be retained while there is an active relationship or for a maximum of 2 years from the last communication. Browsing data will be retained for a maximum period of 13 months. Once these periods have elapsed, the data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), you have the right to: access your personal data; request the rectification of inaccurate data; request the deletion of your data; object to the processing of your data; request the restriction of processing; and request the portability of your data. To exercise these rights, send an email to info@exclusiveui.com indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your identity document. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with current regulations.

ExclusiveUI S.L. implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access. These measures include encryption of communications using the SSL/TLS protocol, access control systems, regular backups and staff training in data protection.
8. International Transfers
We do not carry out international transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Should any transfer be necessary, appropriate safeguards will be adopted in accordance with the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
